At The Best Disco, we offer two comprehensive packages designed to make your wedding day unforgettable, with the perfect soundtrack for every moment. Both packages include all necessary equipment and travel expenses, with prices starting from £550.

Package #1

Unforgettable Evening Celebration

Perfect for couples who want to focus on the party! We'll arrive and set up to ensure background music is playing as your evening guests arrive or right after your wedding breakfast. From your first dance to the final song, we’ll keep the party going until it's time for carriages.

We’re all about creating the perfect atmosphere for your big day, so we don’t stick to a set playlist. Our music catalogue stretches from the 1950s to the current charts and we also check with you if there are any "must plays" of the evening.

We happily take requests throughout the night to ensure the music reflects your unique celebration. As long as your guests are enjoying themselves dancing, we’re here to play their favourite songs and keep the party going!

Your first dance as a married couple is a very special moment, and we are on hand to help you with this important choice, to ensure it will be just perfect. We’re also happy to collaborate with other artists or bands to ensure a seamless experience throughout your reception.

Unforgettable Full-Day Experience

For those looking for all-day music and seamless coordination, Package 2 offers everything in Package 1, plus additional services for your ceremony and wedding day.

Ceremony Music: Background music as guests arrive, entrance music, music during the signing of the register, and a memorable exit for the newlyweds.
Master of Ceremonies: With many years experience, we are happy to act as toastmaster/master of ceremonies for you. This is a crucial role for the smooth running of your event. We’ll take care of MC duties, including announcing your entrance to the wedding breakfast and introducing speeches.
Background Music Throughout: From the ceremony to the reception, we’ll ensure the perfect atmosphere.

The first step is getting in touch with us! We’ll start with a friendly chat to learn more about your wedding day vision, the vibe you want, and any special requests. This is where we get to know you, your venue, your guests, and the style of music you love. After understanding your needs, we’ll provide a personalised quote tailored to your event, and we will hold your wedding date for two weeks.

Book & Plan

Once you're ready to move forward, securing your date is easy. A deposit confirms your booking, and then we’ll schedule a planning call to dive into the finer details. We’ll discuss everything, from the timeline of your day to specific music requests, special moments (like your first dance), and any other logistical details. This is where we ensure that everything is perfectly tailored to your day, making sure no detail is overlooked.

As your big day approaches, we’ll confirm all the final details with you to ensure everything runs smoothly. On the day, we’ll arrive at your venue as scheduled, fully prepared with our top-notch equipment and a playlist that suits your style. From the first song to the last, we’ll keep the energy high and the dance floor full, making sure your wedding is the celebration you’ve always dreamed of.
